Shipping Policy

Dear Passionate Friends,

Our goal is to create products inspired by your passion. However, in order to do so we do not mass produce our products. Every order is custom-made on demand and we start working on your orders as soon as you place them. Please see the following production and delivery times: 

• Once you place an order, please allow 4-9 Business Days to receive a tracking number.
• Once your order is shipped, please allow 4-11 Business Days for delivery. The delivery time could vary based on your location and the carrier that is delivering it.   
• Depending on the product, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office on international orders so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. The shipping times given are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Tracking information is available for some international orders and it could also show some delay on updates. Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments.
